Many of the credit bureaus have started to offer free copies of your credit report. That's great, but do you know that the numbers on those reports really mean?

Set up an appointment - either in person or over the phone - by calling (616) 784-4822 or (800) 962-6378. A loan officer will go through your report, item by item, line by line, to make sure you know what action you should take to improve your credit.
