Meijer Credit Union is now pleased to offer Text Banking.  Text Banking is a fast, secure, and easy way to stay up-to-date with your account balances and eAlerts.  Enrolled members can send text message requests and receive text message replies on the available balances of their accounts.  Members can also select to have their e-Alerts, such as balance alerts, sent to their mobile devices, giving them timely feedback when their available funds drop below a desired level.

Try it FREE!  Text banking is being offered as a free service until April 1, 2012 - at which time a minimal fee will be imposed.

Text Banking can help save you time and money!  Text Banking eliminates any need for costly ATM Balance Inquires.  Check your balance in a matter of seconds while you're standing in the checkout line.  No more being caught off guard by insufficient funds.

Sign up for Text Banking today!  In order to enroll in Text Banking, you must have access to It's Me 247 and have a valid email address on file.  If you need help logging into It's Me 247 please call our Member Service department at (800) 962-6378.  If you need help adding your email address to your account please click here.

Easy Enrollment Instructions:

  • Login to It's Me 247 Online Banking
  • Select the "Go Mobile" tab
  • Select "Text Banking Home" - on the left side of your screen
    • Create a "nickname" to use in place of your account number
    • Accept the terms and conditions of use
    • Accept the fee schedule and select an account from which fees will be withdrawn*
    • Click Submit
  • Select "Add New" to enroll your mobile device in Text Banking
    • Enter your ten digit phone number
    • Click Enroll
    • It's Me 247 will send your mobile device a verification code
    • To complete your enrollment, enter the verification code from your mobile device into the It's Me 247 window

*Text banking is being offered free until April 1, 2012

Using Text banking:

  • To request your account balances send a text message with the command "BAL "nickname"" to 46247
    • Replace "nickname" with the actual nickname you created during enrollment.
    • This command will give you balance information for the first three accounts under your membership.
  • To request balance information on a specific sub account send a text message with the command "BAL "nickname" 000" to 46247 
    • Again, you will replace "nickname" with the actual nickname you created during enrollment.
    • 000 is used to represent the three digit sub account suffix.  Please refer to the chart below:
