CU*Talk Phone Banking

Access your accounts, anytime, any day, via your phone. You can check balances and transfer funds just by calling the Meijer Credit Union main phone number (616) 784-4822 and choosing option 1 for CU*Talk.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  • First Time Users: The temporary PIN is your last four digits of your social security number. For security purposes, once you enter your temporary PIN, you will be prompted to change it.
  • Using your touch pone, call: (616) 784-4822 or and choose option 1.
  • Enter your account number and then press the # key. You will then be prompted to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Enter your PIN and press the # key.
  • From this point on, the CU*Talk procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete. CU*Talk will guide you through each step.

Helpful Hints:

  • Be sure to press the # key when asked. This signals CU*Talk to process your entry.
  • When entering dollar amounts, decimals are not required; ex: enter $25.00 as 2500.
  • Be careful when entering your member number and PIN. Entering a PIN incorrectly three times will disable access to that account through CU*Talk. If this happens, contact Meijer CU directly for reactivation.
